25-01-2010 | 08:04:01 SISTER CITY BETWEEN YOGYAKARTA (INDONESIA ) AND TOELOES ( FRANCE ) PLAN DISCUSSION.          Mr Vellas visit to Apikri           On 7 January 2010 took a place in Yogyakarta Government OfficeMr. Amir Panzuri included in the discussion about Sister City Planning between Yogyakarta – Toeloes . This discussiona arranged by Vice Mayor of Yogyakarta and attended by Mr Paryanto S. Utomo ( Aspaya),  Mr. Haryadi Suyuti ( Yogyakarta Government ), Prof Dr Ir Shafid  Fandell  ( Center for Tourism Studies Gajah Mada University ) , Prof  Vellas ( Toeloes  University France  - The Director of The Tourism Program ).   It was  the first time for Apikri that Mr Amir take a part in the planning of sister city. Since, the sister city Yogyakarta with other city has been 6 times.  This is the seventh times for Yogyakarta to have plan of sister city. Apikri is going to take a part in creative industry.In the year of 2009 Apikri as the third winner of industry creative in Special District of Yogyakarta that awarded by Trade and Industry Department of Special District of Yogyakarta and also Yogyakarta Governor.   Apikri has a representative showroom that placed at the front of office. Many kind of craft made by Apikri producers display well in this showroom that consist of gift, fashion accessories, house hold, ustensils, jewellery , music instrument and other craft made of wood, silver, batik, ceramic, bamboo which are safe environment .  It is good for the tourism programs as Prof Vellas and Prof Shafid , Yogyakarta government concerns . We plan it as fair trade tourism program.    People who like to have comparation study in Apikri who mostly small producers in Yogyakarta who managed by government can also find that Apikri showroom is the right place to find out valuable and ethnic craft.. Our plan to continue  change the new products and convenient , interesting display for our showroom is a part of our program
