On the second day of the World Fair Trade Day 2026, Apikri actively participated in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the **Forum Fair Trade Indonesia, held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Universitas Mercu Buana. The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format, with participants attending both in person from Jakarta and online from their respective locations across Indonesia.
Representing Apikri, Azmi Gading took part in the AGM and was also appointed by the FFTI Chairperson as one of the event committee members. His involvement reflected Apikri’s commitment to supporting the development of the fair trade movement and strengthening collaboration among FFTI members nationwide.
The AGM focused on discussing FFTI’s strategies and programs for the coming year. Participants reviewed the formation of several working groups responsible for key initiatives, including Ecotourism Bali, Policy Development, Fair Trade University, and Rumah Fair Trade. Responsibilities for implementing these programs were distributed among the forum’s 17 member organizations, ensuring that each member contributes actively to advancing fair trade principles and sustainable development in Indonesia.
