APIKRI was officially invited to participate in a comprehensive Export Marketing Training program held from Tuesday to Thursday, August 4-6, 2026, at the Hotel Grand Senyum in Yogyakarta. The capacity-building event was organized by the regional Industry and Trade Office in strategic collaboration with the Center for Export HR Development and Trade Services under the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. This initiative is designed to equip regional business players and export-oriented organizations with cutting-edge marketing strategies to penetrate international markets successfully.
To represent the organization and absorb valuable insights, APIKRI sent its new marketing staff member, Dimas Rahman A., to attend the multi-day workshop. Throughout the intensive sessions, Dimas engaged in advanced modules covering global trade dynamics, digital marketing for exports, and international buyer engagement techniques. His participation underscores APIKRI's proactive approach to cultivating fresh talent and continuously updating its team's competencies to meet evolving global trade standards.
This training serves as a vital stepping stone for APIKRI as it strives to enhance the global competitiveness of its artisan network. By bridging local craftsmanship with sophisticated export marketing knowledge, APIKRI expects to optimize its marketing strategies and drive broader international sales. The insights gained from the Ministry of Trade's program will empower the organization's future promotional campaigns, reinforcing its position as a leading sustainable handicraft exporter from Yogyakarta.
