Apikri warmly welcomed a virtual meeting with TTV USA via Zoom on Tuesday night, 02/04/2024, at 19:00 Indonesian time and 08:00 American time. The online meeting was held in a friendly and cordial atmosphere. Present at the forum were the supervisory board chairperson Esti Heru Prastianti, board members Ely and Athi, and the implementation team members Inung, Azmi, Purdadi, Moko, and Fudin. From the TTV USA buyer's side, participants included Mellisa Hand, Naomi Martin, Bonny Watt's, Alysa Robert, and Stacey.

Several important points were discussed during the meeting: 1) Regarding the sample order for batik pottery work and its stand, the buyers found it very attractive, but they needed detailed information about raw material prices, labor costs, codes, detailed sizes, and completeness. 2) There is a need for safety tests on products, especially regarding the colors used in batik dyes, the colors used in leather wallets, and tests on brass materials. 3) Delivery of goods must be on time or even earlier, as there have been occasional delays from Apikri in the past.

Apikri also showcased other samples during the meeting, such as a batik wooden chessboard with beautiful chess pieces and an exotic batik wooden bowl. Mellisa, as the buyer, was highly impressed by these products.

Apikri's export market spokesperson, Inung Hasanah, provided explanations to the buyers regarding various questions raised. TTV USA will follow up the meeting via another virtual Zoom meeting on April 18, 2024. We hope that everything runs smoothly.
