On June 10, 2024, Rahma Dewi Akbari, the newly appointed General Manager of Apikri since June 2024, visited coffin artisans in Central Java. Accompanied by seven members of the management team, they traveled in two cars. The primary purpose of this visit was to verify the presence of these artisans and to observe the coffin production process firsthand, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

During the visit, Rahma Dewi Akbari and her team were warmly welcomed by the local coffin artisans. The artisans showcased their meticulous craftsmanship and explained the various stages of the coffin-making process. The GM expressed her satisfaction with the quality of the work and appreciated the dedication of the artisans. This visit was part of Apikri's ongoing efforts to strengthen relationships with local craftsmen and support their endeavors.

According to a coffin entrepreneur who is an Apikri participant, the workshop in Trangsan Village currently employs 80 workers. Since 2017, their products have been successfully marketed in Europe and America. The General Manager's visit highlighted the significance of maintaining high production standards and expanding the reach of these handcrafted coffins to international markets. This engagement underscores Apikri's commitment to supporting local artisans and enhancing their global presence.
