On Saturday, May 3, 2025, a solar panel vendor team arrived at the Apikri office to install one of the essential components of the solar energy system. The installation marked another important step in Apikri’s transition toward renewable and sustainable energy sources.

The team consisted of five technicians who came in a single transport vehicle, bringing with them the solar power inverter—an integral part of the system. This component plays a vital role in converting solar energy into usable electricity for the building's operations.

During the installation, the technicians worked to connect the solar inverter with existing batteries and the central electricity system located in the middle building of Apikri. The process required precision and expertise to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Unfortunately, the weather was slightly cloudy during the installation. As a result, the inverter display showed that it could only absorb about 500 watts of solar energy at that time. Despite this limitation, the installation process continued smoothly under the guidance of the expert team.

It is hoped that the next steps of the solar energy system implementation will proceed more smoothly and safely. This initiative reflects Apikri’s commitment to environmental sustainability and the adoption of clean energy. Aamiin.
