In a bid to steer towards improved management practices, Apikri Management Consultant held a panel review for around 20 employees. The event, held at Omah Kayu Apikri on Saturday-Sunday, May 4-5, 2024, served as a platform to introduce the new structural changes. The first day, The management consultant of Apikri, Rahma Dewi Akbari conducted a socialization and giving clear information about internal recruitment process for the improvement of the institution.
The two-day event was attended by 20 employees alongside six supervisors and the board. During the session, attendees received explanations about the new structure to be implemented, leading to a myriad of questions directed at management consultant, Rahma Dewi Akbari.
On the second day, employees submitted their updated CVs and cover letters to the internal recruitment committee. The positions opened in the internal recruitment include Business Administrative Coordinator overseeing the Human Resources and General Affairs Staff, Finance and Accounting Staff, and IT Staff; Sales Coordinator overseeing Domestic Sales Staff and International Sales Staff; Procurement Coordinator with its staff; Logistic Coordinator overseeing Domestic Distribution Staff, Warehouse Staff, Export Staff, and Inventory Control Staff; and Marketing Coordinator overseeing Marketing Staff.
Subsequently, they engaged in interviews with consultants, board and supervisors throughout the day. The panel review process lasted quite long, from 9:00 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon. The consultant documented the results of the panel review to serve as the basis for repositioning and aligning with the new organizational structure. It is hoped that this initial phase of management change at Apikri will mark a significant step towards improvement.
